The transparency of our fee structure is such that you can pick and choose the services you require and only pay for the elements you would like, although the majority of our clients like to engage us in managing the process from start to finish.

We offer clear and open lines of communication and provide regular feedback on the success of viewings, discussing data related to online interest in your property and translating current market trends and influences in your area.

Our fees

Our fees are 1 % plus VAT – 1.2% inc VAT for sole agency. Joint and multiple fees may vary dependant on the agent. Should you just require points 3 or 4 of the process, each of these are available at a fee of 0.25% plus VAT / 0.3% inc VAT.

All fees are payable upfront by the client, but the cost of photography (alone) is deductible from the sale fee upon completion.
