ABOUT PHILIPPA SOLE

My business is built on personal recommendation and client referrals based on my track record as an independent sales, letting and search agent. I provide a friendly customised service, combining in-home consultation with an extensive online presence. 

I maintain an office for formal meetings, but have no traditional shop window since this does little to enhance the sales process from a client perspective and does not reflect today’s digitally driven marketplace.

Crucial to the success of my clients’ transactions is my flexibility and ability to offer choice - a bespoke service alongside a transparent fee structure, tailored to the individual needs of my clients. This, coupled with my deep understanding of the local market, enables me to provide a very different and ultimately more rewarding experience. I have designed my business and fee structure around giving my clients choice, without compromising on service and experience. 

I specialise in selling properties discreetly with approximately 1/3 of my transactions never being listed on the open market, so if you are looking to sell discreetly please get in touch.

For clients looking to buy, who are not familiar with the area, I provide guided tours and assemble a series of viewings designed to provide an insight into property currently available, as well as a general education on the local market and will happily introduce you to my trusted network of local professionals. Whether you are buying or selling, you will deal with me personally from start to finish.

My experience

I graduated from Bournemouth University in 1999 with a Bachelor’s degree in Land Based Enterprise, and am certified by the Guild of Letting Agents on lettings legislation, management and operations.

Since 1998, in the Canford Cliffs and surrounding area, I have been responsible for listing and negotiating the sale of over 500 properties while working at the international firm Savills, and local agents May’s, and Berkeley’s where I was Branch Partner. Throughout this time, I have been heavily involved in the listing and negotiating of a large number of high profile transactions.

With an impressive track record in this market, I am widely recognised for my local in-depth knowledge and my ability to fully understand a buyer’s requirements, resulting in my acquiring and selling a number of properties discreetly off market. 

My husband and I are passionate about the area, having lived and worked here for nearly 20 years. Many of our clients have become friends.  We are very committed to the community and believe there is no better place to live and bring up our two boys.
